Er,no.You do NOT want to know your partner's sexual history.You may want ,no,you should know their current disease status but you go to a hospital or disease testing facility for that.
Too much trouble has come from "oooh,you used to sleep around,have you stopped" or "you used to sleep with that person,I don't want them around".
No hiding stuff that's currently pertinent,but in the main let sleeping dogs lie.
